Preparing for your appointment

Shower and clean lashes prior to appointment
Arrive with no makeup, especially around the eye area
No mascara/strip lashes/ heavy oily products 24/48hrs prior to appointment
If you fake tan do 48hrs prior to appointment
Do not wear contact lenses to your appointment
Do not curl eyelashes prior to appointment
Avoid caffeine the day of your appointment
Wear comfortable clothing
Use the toilet before your appointment
Turn your phone off/ on mute
No chewing gum
Have the correct amount of cash with you and loyalty card

How to clean lashes

1- Wet eye then add lash cleanser to eye/ spoolie /soft bristle brush.

2- In a circular motion rub foam into lash line. going up and around the eye including lower lash line.

3- Thoroughly rinse through and wash foam and residue away with warm water.

4- If makeup has been worn feel free to repeat the process until water runs clear and lashes clean.

5- Pat dry lashes with clean towel or tissue, brush lashes into place. (Keep them extra fluffy by using a fan to dry lashes)
